We welcome papers on economic and social determinants of marital and non-marital union dissolutions and their patterns over time and space, outcomes of divorce and parental break-up for children, women and men, family life after union dissolution (e.g. parenting, new unions and remarriages, and stepfamily formation), and on other aspects of divorce and separation. Both theoretical and empirical quantitative and qualitative studies are welcome.
Authors are asked to submit an extended abstract (ca. 2-4 pages) that must be sufficiently detailed to allow the organizers to judge the merits of the paper, including a clear description of the research question, theoretical framework, data, research design and methodology, main, preliminary, or expected findings.
Submission process: please indicate the name of the author who will present the paper. Please do not submit more than two papers per (first) author. The number of oral presentations given by an author should not exceed one. Abstracts which are not accepted for oral presentation might be included in the poster session. In this case, authors will be asked about their willingness to give a poster presentation.
The submission deadline is April 30, 2019. All submissions are subject to review by the program scientific committee. Authors will be notified about the committee decision by mid-May, 2019.
Please send your abstract to email@example.com
